Oh golly! What do I say? I met Jai only once-at Alex and Katy's wedding-I drove a few hours from Brooklyn to Maine to celebrate Alex and Katy and I felt a little uncomfortable/dorky driving so far to celebrate them- my own insecurity in how much I appreciate/respect them- and immediately I met this friendly and grinning and open guy who was so warm and welcoming...He encouraged me gently to stick around. I did. I don't recall him ever saying he was the brother of the groom. I only learned that later. He was just this super cool and kind guy who wanted to make sure I felt comfortable.
